Meeting Rooms

The Jacksonville Public Library has two meeting rooms that the public may use at no cost.  The conference room will accommodate no more than 10 people while the meeting room will accommodates no more than 50.

• Reservations are made on a first come first served basis and library functions will always take precedent.
• For-profit groups may not conduct business transactions in the library
• No admission for entrance may be charged or donations solicited in the meeting rooms
• The library is not responsible for and publicity for groups using the rooms
• No alcohol may be served in the meeting rooms

Please review the full meeting room policy before contacting the library to reserve a room.  By scheduling a reservation, you are agreeing to abide by all terms in the library’s meeting room policy.
