The Friends of the Library Book Store has lots of new Large Print books just waiting for you! These mystery and fiction books will be going fast at only $1.50! Stop in today for the best selection!
The Book Store is located inside the Peddler's Antique Mall at 1847 S. Main (across from Kottage Cafe). They are open Monday - Saturday from 10:00AM-5:00PM.

To join the Friends, pick up an application at the Jacksonville Public Library at 201 W. College Ave.

Activities:
- Friends Newsletter: Published twice a year.
- Programs: In addition to supporting Library Programs, the Friends have two annual meetings featuring a special speaker or program.
Friends of the Jacksonville Library Bookstore
The Friends organization runs a bookstore in the Peddlers’ Antique & Home Decor Shops located at 1847 South Main Street. Hardbacks sell for $1.00 and Paperbacks for $.50. The store is open Mon.-Sat. from 10-5. The store is closed on Sunday and Monday.
Donations of gently used hardbacks and paperbacks are accepted at the store. Proceeds from bookstore sales benefit the library and its programs.
